1. General Provisions

2. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only allowed to register one (1) account under the same full name. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and will result in all related accounts being frozen.

• An active and valid mobile phone number
• A reachable email address
• Bank account or e-wallet details for transaction purposes

3. Player Eligibility

To use the mcity88 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration
• Registering voluntarily of your own accord
• Not subject to any legal restrictions related to gambling in the jurisdiction where you reside

6. Betting Rules

In the event of a technical disruption, disconnection or system error during an active game session, mcity88 will review transaction logs before making a decision regarding affected bet balances. mcity88's decision in such matters is final.
